Presented to members of the NYCTP Command Seminar Program, Dr. Phyllis McDonald. The newly promoted Captains, were eager to adopt skills that would reduce the stress of command.

Police Peer Support Officer Training
Received grant from New York City Council to train up to
500 NYPD Officers as Peer Support Officers and to provide in-service training to currently active peer supporters.

Designed, developed and implemented program for the Members Assistance Program of the Police Unions including the Patrolmen's Benevolent Association, Detective Endowment Association, Sergeants Benevolent Association, Lieutenants Benevolent Association as well as other line organizations.  In 2001 MAP became POPPA.
